Meet Me

My Journey

From a young age, I experienced the world differently—seeing angels, receiving intuitive downloads, and knowing, in my child’s words, that “something had gone 'wrong' on earth, that we were supposed to be friends and that I was here to help.”
My home was filled with spiritual books like those by Dr. Brian Weiss and the Tibetan Book of the Dead, but these were treated as ideas rather than lived realities. My own experiences were dismissed; I was told I was “too sensitive,” that my perceptions weren’t 'right,' and that the world was harsh and sensitivity a weakness. This outsider feeling, though painful, became the seed of my search for meaning, connection, and healing.

A series of mystical experiences—each like a puzzle piece—began to form a larger picture. One of the most significant was a near-death experience (NDE) during childhood. According to Dr. Moody and other researchers, a true NDE typically includes several core paranormal features; my experience contained more than five of these hallmark elements, confirming the profound nature of this encounter. This pivotal event brought a sense of pure peace and alignment, along with a deep knowing that we are more than our bodies—we are souls, fragments of the divine. It also marked the beginning of what may be called a kundalini rising—an awakening of life force energy that sparked many other mystical experiences.

Those mystical experiences, especially growing up, felt confusing and difficult to understand. Wanting to fit in, I often suppressed much of what I experienced, like vivid dreams and intuitive insights from those dreams. Yet some moments stood out vividly—like the time my guardian angels seemingly helped me cross a busy street. I felt as if I was being gently lifted or carried by a soft breeze. Years later, as an adult, I recognized that same breeze again in a similar situation—a quiet but powerful sign of protection and guidance.

For much of my life, I thought it was 'normal' to receive pictures, numbers, or information drop-ins in my mind. Because this felt natural and internal, I rarely suppressed these experiences and assumed others had similar intuitive access. This openness connects with what research shows about highly sensitive people (HSPs)—how we naturally notice the intentions and subtle energies of others, perceive fine details others might miss, and experience heightened empathy.

These experiences, both extraordinary and subtle, have shaped how I relate to the world and myself. They taught me to trust inner knowing, honor sensitivity as strength, and approach life with deeper curiosity and compassion.

These moments, woven throughout my life—and across lifetimes—have shown me that each of us lives at our own vibrational frequency, shaping how we experience the world. We are, each one of us, a whole universe—unique, vast, and full of possibility. We are all perfectly imperfect, and what we see as imperfections are really just special effects—unique expressions of the All that is.

I’ve come to understand that we each arrive with many purposes, all guided by the light of our hearts. Serving and supporting others isn’t just something I do—it’s at the core of who we truly are.

What some call “woo” is simply science we haven’t yet fully understood. My work integrates these realms, helping others transform old patterns, step into authentic empowerment, and find joy—even in the deep work of healing.
Fundamentally, there is only one world—no separation between the spiritual and the material—because everything is energy. The illusion of separation is just that: an illusion. True transformation comes through integration: living spiritual truths fully, embodying wisdom, and putting knowledge into thoughtful action with discernment.

I bring to the table scientific grounding, spiritual insight, and a range of certifications including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), mindfulness, spiritual life coaching, fitness training, Reiki, and more. Alongside my intuitive gifts and lived experience, these diverse qualifications enable me to guide you on a deeply personalized and transformative journey. With an MBA focused on leadership, highly sensitive people, and well-being, I specialize in co-creating effective, tailored processes of transformation—always honoring each individual’s unique path and potential.
